How It Works
Four steps, no waiting room
Everything from the request to the return happens online or by text. No rental counter, no business hours.
Reserve
Request online, or call/text. We confirm your dates and the price, send the rental agreement, and collect payment. No deposit.
Get your code
Once the agreement is signed and payment is in, you get the lot address and gate code. The trailer is hitch-ready in its spot.
Hook up & haul
Snap the pickup photos (two minutes, protects you), connect, test the lights and brakes, and go to work.
Return & done
Bring it back to the same spot empty, bed down, coupler locked. Send the return photos. That's it — nothing held back to wait on.
“Quick replies, great communication, and very easy pickup and return. Will definitely be my first choice for a trailer rental in the future.”Nathan M. · Google review
Pickup & return timing
Pick up any time from 12:01 AM on your start date — gate-code access, no appointment, no one to meet. Return by 11 AM on your end date.
One day means you pick up the 18th and have it back by 11 AM the 19th. Two days is back by 11 AM the 20th — the same 24-hour-period math every equipment rental uses.
Running late on the return? Text us before 11 AM. A late return without notice runs $25 an hour past the deadline, capped at one daily rate per day — it's charged to the card on file.
Before you book
You’ll need a ¾-ton pickup or larger (2500 / 3500-class), a working electric brake controller, and a 2-5/16" hitch ball rated to 20,000 lb. Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid license and active auto insurance. Confirming your tow vehicle is your responsibility — the full requirements and what to check are on the fleet page.
Ready when you are
Put in your dates and what you’re hauling and the form checks the calendar and prices it on the spot — no waiting on a callback. Nothing is locked in and nothing is charged until you sign the agreement and pay.
